New Creation Sunday Site Launched to Promote Creation Sunday 2011

January 4, 2011

CreationLetter.com is pleased to announce the creation of a blogsite [ http://creationsunday.wordpress.com ] dedicated to promoting Creation Sunday celebrations near you. The premise is simple: List as many advertised Creation sermons, conferences and celebrations as we can find so folks can locate a Creation Sunday celebration near them!

Thus far, we know of several events in the United States and Canada [see below] , but we need your help.

If you know of a Creation meeting, conference or service taking place on the weekend of February 11- 13 2010. Since 2006, atheist Dr Michael Zimmerman has been promoting this weekend [the one nearest Darwin’s birthday] as Evolution Weekend, where he encourages pastors the world over to preach evolution and Biblical compromise from our very pulpits! As of this post, Zimmerman alleges that 406 congregations from 48 states, the District of Columbia and 10 countries are slated to participate in Evolution Weekend.

If your church or organization is planning a Creation meeting, conference or service instead of an Evolution Sunday, we urge you to let us know so we can pass the word to like-minded Biblical Christians. Just visit http://creationsunday.wordpress.com and select the Add Your Creation Sunday Celebration link at the top of the page.

Our current list of Creation Sunday celebrations boasts participants in 5 US states and one in Canada.
